When we first moved in, almost a year ago, we had nothing but ant problems the first few months we were here. I've never had a problem with the staff, thank goodness. But the children run around like crazy, riding their bikes in the roadway, I'm a mom and I would NEVER let my child do that. Also my fiance's truck was egged at least FOUR seperate occasions, and the office failed to reimburse for the wash costs. Everything was fine after the ant problem got cleared up, until my fiance and me started to notice that our cigarettes were coming up missing, we only smoke outside. A old couple was stealing our smokes!! They have since moved out. But then we recently got new neighbors above us, we have one of the 3 bedroom apt., and the people above us have a 2 bedroom, so their entrance is above two of our rooms. We were ok with them moving in, till they stomp around at ALL hours of the night, drop things constantly that sounds like a heavy lifting weight being dropped. I work at 6am in the morning, so I go to bed early. I'm also a fairly light sleeper so I have a VERY difficult time falling asleep. But yes it's like a Little India in this complex. Parking is HORRIBLE. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment, and 3 people living in it, and we only got ONE covered parking, and there is so many covered parking spots available near our apartment. Plus we live RIGHT NEXT TO FLW BLVD, so you can only imagine the cars racing by at night, the harleys that blare through here, the radios blaring when people drive by. It's very difficult to sleep at night most of the nights, and the dust that gets picked up from the cars/trucks/motorcycles. Not very fun to clean up. So yes, save yourself from renting from here.

I have seen a few reviews mentioning that this place is a Little India.
Yes it is, but look at the positive side. You can be sure of one thing about your next door "Indian" neighbour - he is not a drug addict, has no criminal record, he does not get involved in illegal or nefarious activities. He's just a hardworking, decent guy, with a lot of family values. He might be a neocon to America, whose behaviour might seem a little out of sync with local culture, but hey, no harm done.

This is in response to the above comment. "Family Values"? Then why don't you tell your friends to stop gawking at every girl that has to walk around the complex to get water, check the mail, or work out in the fitness center. It makes people uncomfortable!

To the first response, that's utter BS, I had NOTHING but problems with the ones above me, they're alcoholics, up ALL hours of the night. I had to yell at them to stop yelling in front of my patio ( my son was sleeping at the time ) at 12:30am in the morning. I got glared at BECAUSE I am a woman, they showed absolutely no sign of respect even when I would muster up a slight smile. The women were no different, one even got rude with me when I unknowningly blocked her in ( I was dropping off my now husband ). Only one neighbor was ever nice to me while we were there, and guess what...she is Mexican. So I'd highly advise that you don't "assume" these people are better nieghbors when in fact their not.
