Noisy Neighbors, apathetic management

NOISY, NOISY, NOISY. I could hear one neighbor taking a piss, followed by the flush. Yet another neighbor acquired a screamer girlfriend who would shout out how wonderful he was during the mercifully short act. When she wasn't around, he'd blast music. Management intervention was ineffective.
At renewal, management got greedy and upped my rent 10%, they were anticipating a landlord's market. I moved out. Now I understand they're offering significant specials -during the current renter's market.
Parking could be difficult.
On the positive side, nice layouts, nice storage, nice details in the apartments. Good location.
