1. "Gated Community" really means that they have gates but they never close, are always broken & everyone knows the security code to get in anyway.
2. "Luxury Resort Living" really means noise...especailly from Midnight to 5a at the main pool or the screaming & fighting neighbors in the apt below. I could hear the guy nextdoor sneeze through the wall. Who would want to swim in the pool when its littered with beer bottles, condom wrappers & ZigZap papers in the morning. Sure, the maintenance guys get that cleaned-up real quick.
3. Cheap bathroom fixutres, cheap vinyl floors, cheap carpet.
4. The leasing office is open on Sat & Sun but the "agents" would rather help a potential tenant and ignore their paying tenants. The "agents" must get some big commission money for as much as they push the Cox Communication package on potential tenants. Don't believe them! You don't have to have Cox Communications. You can choose any provider that serve the area.
5. When I first moved in, the apts were brand new and the other tenants were quiet, clean, young professional people with some retirees. Those good days are over and the trailer trash has invaded the complex. The leasing agents seem to look the other way when the single Mom jams three kids into a one bedroom apt or allows 3 roommates in a one bedroom. Isnt that illegal in a 800 sq ft dwelling' Yikes, I'm moving.
