I?ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this has to be one of the better ones so far. I?ve been living here for 6 months and have had nothing but good experiences.

Then mgt is friendly and receptive to my needs. They collect my packages when shipped via FedEx or UPS and keep them for weeks until I come to collect. I have no problems getting help when I walk in the building regardless of how busy they are.

I can?t imagine where the noise is coming from. I never hear my neighbors and have had not complaints from them from me.

The pool is always clean even at 12 midnight. I think these people complaining are simply disgruntled ex-tenants who more than likely never find happiness in anything. I?m very happy they don?t live in the community anymore. Perhaps their leaving is why it?s so nice to live here now.
