The Legend at Kierland

Brought to court From: dfunabashi@cox.net Date posted: 12/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My son is currently renting at the Legend and is late for his Dec rent. They would not take partial payment and have already brought him to court, being less then 30 days late. They now say he has to be out within 5 days. This place has shown no mercy for a 21 year old student! Side Note: I also rented at the Legend and had to pay over $2100 to get out of my lease. Moral: Understand every line of your lease before you sign it!
