We moved in in the summer so we got a 2-bedroom for under $850 which is great considering the location. Currently, they are offering the same model for about $1050 a month which is totally not worth it! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The tubs & sinks are cheap as well as the carpeting. They do have a nice tile entry though. Plenty of parking!!! That was one nice thing. If you plan on moving in over the summer and can get a good deal on a lease I say definitely go for it, the location is awesome (we had a view of the Westin from our balcony) but do not pay over $1000 for these apartments, there are better one's in the area for that price.
