I've lived here over 2 years. I do not plan to renew my lease. Old management was great...new management is horrible. Maintenance has a fix it yourself attitude. The grounds is awful. Dirt everywhere now. They now find new ways to fee you...such as a penalty fee if you are not home over christmas weekend to have your fire extinguisher serviced. Office hours are shorter and rent keeps going up quickly.

I don't recommend this place.
