I have lived in many apartments in my life. I moved from a college town in Michigan to Arizona for work about 8 months ago. At the time, most of the people from work that weren't buying houses moved into the Legend Apartments. I have NEVER had such poor living conditions.

My AC has broken about 8 times, no exaggeration. Each time, about 2 weeks later, all of a sudden the temperature starts to climb. Usually it is at night so I have to suffer through it until the morning, or worse until the end of the weekend.

This is on top of the fact that the walls are so thin, that I think the elephant man lives upstairs and holds soccer tournaments. Every time Elephant Man runs his sink, it sounds like a hail storm. I couldn't even list all the things that have gone wrong with my place, because the laundry list is too long. Oh, yeah that reminds me, my laundry machine breaks constantly.

For the money, you would be better off living ANYWHERE ELSE. I would steer anyone from this less than legendary complex.

This is exactly how it was for me!! The walls are so thin and the a/c had stopped working at least 4 for me in the past 11 months so i too was suffering through the nights!!
