LEASE ELSEWHWERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   Lincoln Property Management is inadequate at best. The locks to the exercise room have been broken for months. The room in generally inaccessible. On three occasions I have heard yelling when I enter the office; typically from disgruntled tenants but also from staff. There is a surly, demoralized attitude among the employees. Turnover appears to be high. I recently spoke with a maintenance employee who stated that vacancy rates are high and management has reduced rents. I pay $1800 per month for a condo that has not been upgraded since construction. I will be moving at lease maturity. Do yourself a favor....lease elsewhere!
