This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in in 20-years of apartment rental. The management are the rudest, most disgusting people ever, they do anything to get you in and then WATCH OUT!

It used to be a community of professionals now they let anybody in, partying at the pools all night long. They don't do anything if you have a complaint, in fact, they turn it against YOU not the offending party!

The apartments are old and dingy and have not been updated. Patches in the ceilings (which usually spring leaks come a heavy rainfall) and walls. Luxury Apartments my ass!

The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, other than Dave; low-payed workers who do a lousy job when they do come!

MY ADVICE DON'T MOVE HERE YOU'LL REGRET EVERY SECOND YOU MADE THAT FATAL DECISION!

Not True - Best Location in Scottsdale/Phoenix , Best Competitive Rental Pricing I live next to the pool and love it. My apt is freshly painted, new carpeting and nothing leaks. The staff is great. Maintenance is prompt and goes out of their way to please. Even the mailman is friendly and helpful. Other residents are friendly. I have lived all over the country and I feel at home here. Come by, see for yourself.

WHATEVER..I DISAGREE as well. This is one of the nicest communities in the area and the management staff is wonderful. They are always very helpful and kind. I've never had any maintenance issues with my apartment. There's always an underlying reason someone is so unhappy. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND WE RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Sorry forgot to mention if you're handicapped they are not disabled friendly or ADA compliant, not that I am, but of what I've seen!
