I just want to say that in the 2 yrs of being at the Legend at Kierland.. We've had unforseen things happen like water main breaks which was inconvenient at times.. but like I said it was unforseen incidents that happened, and got taken care of as soon as possible. All in all it was a great place to live! The staff was especially outstanding! Jesse has been there from day one of our move in and I appreciate everything he's done to make our stay there enjoyable. Maint. was always on top of things, Thank you Dave and maint. staff! There has been some changes in staff since we first moved in but everyone that was there and is now gone, and the new staff that came in was just great! I'm sorry not to name anyone else in this review of apartment ratings, but just know all of you were perfessional at your jobs and I really appreciate all of you.. and was sad to leave. If I was to reside in AZ again, I would definitly rent from the Legends at Kierland again.
