I have lived here for eight months and have never been so unhappy anywhere I have ever lived. I thought when I signed a lease for one year that due to the location and amount of rent that this complex would attract more business professionals and was told that the rigorous application approval process would be given to everyone. Well, that didn't happen. There has been numerous thefts, burglaries, noise complaint consistently, grounds are not maintained, halls are stained and dirty, cigarettes and beer bottles/cans and trash thrown everywhere. I would definitely not recommend the Alexan to anyone who would like to have a quiet nights sleep or enjoy your surroundings.
