Do not rent here!!! From: minimouse78 Date posted: 10/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The manager Karen is crazy!!!. She is the meanest person ever she is DEVIL SPAWN!!! She doesnt care about any residents she is rude. I am not the only one who feels this way, so many of my neighbors would agree that this woman needs prozac or at the least...a hobby. All I wanted was my rent amount and she treated me like a toe nail clipping (useless) I could not beleive it. The part that gets me is the month before I was off my rent by 4 dollars and she wrote me a very rude letter so I was just trying to make sure I wasnt in trouble again. Not to mention thwy keep the hallways dirty and almost every sunday morning I wake up to puke in my hallway from all my parting neighbors. I wish I would have moved next door to SAN MARIN.
