This is the most overpriced community I have ever lived. I have found it a complete rip off! $1,400 plus a month and very little to show for it! About every other week, I receive a notice that they need to inspect the apartments. I am unbelievably dissatisfied. The location is all that has kept me here, but that is no longer worth it. Rent keeps bumping up (rather dramatically, considering the occupancy) and nothing to show for it! The screening of tenants is sad. They tout professional residents, but reality is rich college brats who listen to techno until 3 in the morning on a Tuesday!!! Run away from this place! I am!
