Unsettling From: vainerpaper@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   It appears Im not the only one who has a complaint about the noise... and Im a very tolerant person. *The garage set-up is mostly at fault-you can hear the cars screaming around corners at all hours. *The walls inside the units seem to be too thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor in the most "intimate" of moments. (No joke) *I never believed the whole "rude-scottsdale-people" stereotype until I moved here. Many tenants are just plain inconsiderate. *The police seem to visit regularly for domestic complaints. I also had a problem with the management staff. I found them to be dishonest & rather conniving-believe it or not. On a positive note-the maintenance staff is very prompt & polite. And it is a very nice-looking property. But please beware- its almost a nightmare living out my entire lease term here. No plans on renewal, thank- you.
