Noisy and expensive; Good location

The Alexan (now Palladium) was decent as a corporate apartment; however it was noisy, particularly if you lived next to the garage or back alley close to the dumpster. The walls/floors/ceilings are very thin and noise travelled very easily. It was about 2g/month for a 2 bedroom back in '02 when I lived there (however, my company paid for it).

On the plus side, the location is very good - close to Fashion Square mall and old town Scottsdale. Close to the bar/club scene. Ok for college students/recent college grads but not for families or older adults.
