This place is a nightmare-worst living conditions in old town scottsdale-they make it look like its a nice place to live but they rape you with charges and its so overpriced for the quality. Dont live here, trust me, i moved out and they charged me 3 thousand dollars for a cleaning fee.

I agree with you. My daughter lives there now and I cannot wait for her to get out. They have endless extra charges on a monthly basis. It is all written in very tiny letters in you contract and you only figure it out one at a time with monthly extra charges.....

Go next door to San Marin.....I live there now but I did tour at Palladium and heard the hallways a noise was horrible. I've never had trouble getting good sleep at San Marin. They are spread out over a lot of land. Live anywhere but by the pool it's 24-hours but that is where to noisy people go and there are plenty of apartments that aren't around the pool. Trust me the office staff are super cool!
