The Paragon at Kierland

Great place, but... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved into the Paragon a little over two months ago. The amenities at this complex are top-notch. The pool area and fitness center are state-of-the-art and it's nice be close to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping over at Kierland Commons. The grounds are well maintained and the staff has been very attentive and helpful in fixing any problems. The only major complaint that I have is similar to the other individual who complained about the noise. I can here EVERY and I mean EVERY step my neighbor makes in his upstairs apartment. He might as well be in my bedroom it is that LOUD! If you decide this is the place for you, get the top level or you might go crazy when your neighbor is walking around at 5AM in the morning. Overall, this is a great place, but let's face it, even a luxury apartment is STILL an apartment.
