Yucky! From: apothecaryfaerie Date posted: 6/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I really don't like living here. I have found 3 cockroaches in my apartment since I moved in and also had to kill two giant wasps. I am a very clean person and was sickened when I came across such things. Another thing that bothers me is that the pool is always dirty. They don't seem to ever clean the top of it. It is usually filled with dead bugs and plants. I dislike the office staff. They never return my phone calls like they promise when I need help from maintanence. I had to fix a few things myself because it took then over a week to follow up with me. You can hear all the noises from surrounding neighbors. It is pretty loud. Also watch out for golf balls hitting your windows. Overall I just don't see why I am paying so much for a place like this. It is not worth your money.
