From: TheBadTheWorseTheUgly Date posted: 9/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lincoln Property Management bought this property from Mark Taylor Management. Whether they were already in trouble or whether their motto is nickle and dime every tenant -- they will "squeeze" every penny you can from tenants with very minimal services to them. They will offer nothing on your stay there and find ways to charge you on any minimal issues on your way out. Security on parking lots is horrible or literally non-existent. If you care about your car go somewhere else. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. This feeling is prevalent among tenants who miss the staff who worked here under Mark Taylor. Don't make me say "I told you so". Stay away...
