upsetting experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Not living life and loving it at The Paragon. The property is run down and unkept. Cheap appliances and run down cabinetry. The staff is unfriendly and unpersonable. It is a typical example of a mediocre apartment complex promising resort living.
