Rent is cheap here, it's true. With that comes all the desirables of society, let me tell you...I'm being sarcastic. When we moved in, our carpet was wet and reeked of mold for two weeks. We were told it was not mold, but the smell of the dye. Ummm.no. There are grease spots on it that keep coming up a couple of weeks after it gets steam cleaned every time. Plus, the mold smell comes back for a day or too, also.
The place is overrun by small, unsupervised, barefoot children. Day and night. They hang out ind yell infront of mu apartment sometimes until 11 pm or later. Their parents only appear to scream obscenities at them in English or Spanish. If you are nice to these kids, they will not leave you alone, it's really sad. It's been this way the whole three years we have lived here.
Parking is rediculous. There is none assigned. We often have to walk - carrying groceries and children in the dark - from one end of the complex to the other or park on the street and sometimes get a ticket for that.
Evryone here knows your business. It's very uncomfortable. The washers are always out of order, too. And there are stray cats everywhere. Every Tuesday, gardeners come with blowers and work on the grounds alllll day. It's very noisy around here.
The reason I would not reccomend this complex is mainly the other tenants. That will happen in the cheapest complex in Scottsdale, I guess.

My thoughts to this review is if you disliked living there so much what took you so long to move out? I've lived in this complex and have not ran into any of these problems!! You must be exaggerating or must of been kicked out for your lack of paying the rent! HA! The manager is a very nice person and cares for the community there and is always on top of things to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable living there. As far as for parking, stop being a baby about things, we all have to make sacrifices!! Very noisy, you want the place to look good right! You complain about everything!!! One more thing, take out your dictionary!!! The Vintage Apts. are a good place to live and are in a great area.
