Ditto Lincoln Mgt Sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   When Mark Taylor mnaged this apartment complex, it was clean and maticulously manicured by staff who were hard-working friendly and outgoing. In comes Lincoln Property and the looks and spirit of the place changes dramatically. The grounds are a mess, the fountains are full of green scum, the pool area is filthy, the pool restrooms are not cleaned and the staff is less than friendly, unresponsive and blame everything on the prior owners. It is pathetic. I can't wait to move out to a Mark Taylor managed property.
