Ventana

While we lived at Ventana, we were pleased with the apartment we were in, the location of the complex, the public school nearby, and the daycare right next door.

Once the local cable company got their wiring in order to deliver digital cable, high speed internet, and phone service to this complex, the place was very livable.
The only unfortunate part of our experience here was the psychotic woman who lived beneath us.

She would hit her ceiling with her broomstick for any noise, including noise from other apartments.

This was proven as she filed complaints with the office while we were gone on vacation and therefore couldn't be making the noise.

How did we know she hit the ceiling if we weren't there' Simple, she had been complaining for so long, we told the office when we would be away and they had a staff member sit in our apartment to see what would happen.
Thankfully she opted not to renew her lease before we had to decide on ours.

We lived there for two years and would have remained had we not had a third child and needed more room!
