Okay if you can avoid the management office

When we first moved in the management office was really nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Mid-lease the management company was sold to a new company and all of the niceness ended.

The new manager was extremely RUDE, CONDESENDING, and CONFRONTATIONAL.

If I call for a maintenance issue and tell them they need to make an appointment because I have a pet that I don't want let out accidentally or on-purpose, he sighs in disgust and gives me the worst time.

My husband and I were hoping to live here at least 4 years to but we cannot wait to just move when our lease ends only because the manager is a complete jerk to say it mildly.

The leasing office staff spends their time painting their nails, watching MTV, and snapping on their chewing gum.

It is unreal how unfriendly and horrible this new company is.

The apartments are okay, a little on the older side, but certainly fine to live in.

My only structural complaint is the fact that I can smell the smoker that lives above me through my vents.

That sucks, but I bought an air filter to combat that stink.

I would suggest looking elsewhere first unless this is the only available place you can find.
