I'm a resident and I've lived here about a year. This is a great complex for the price, very roomy, nice amenities. I've rented several other places in Scottsdale and would recommend this place to anyone who likes apartment living. I read everyone's review and the people who wrote bad reviews are the type of people I wouldn't want as my neighbors. The management is nice and friendly and has handled any issues I've had. The grounds are kept and clean, there are 2 nice pools and a gymn. You can hear your neghbors once in a while, the ones that are too noisy the management and local police station have been very helpful with. The only problem I've had is with parking on my side of the complex(not much of it). Overall my experience here has been great.
