Too many other nice places to live

There are just too many options in north Scottsdale to waste your time and money here.
It's overpriced for what you get.
The new management is TERRIBLE.
It takes FOREVER to get something fixed.
The grass is beautiful, but you dare not walk on it since there is dog poop everywhere.
Want to go swimming' Oops, once again(!) the main pool is closed for the next week or two.
The appliances are very old and at the limit of their functionality.
Good luck getting them replaced/fixed should they go out on you.
I had to wait 6 days for them to replace my fridge after it stopped working (and only after making a HUGE commotion in the office at that!).
The complex is old and it shows, especially when compared to all the new ones popping up just across the street.
It's really too bad.
I enjoyed living here under the old management.
They were wonderful! I've also had a lot of fantastic neighbors and I've made quite a few friends here.
Unfortunately, the new management really is just in this for the buck...
they couldn't care less about the people that live here.
Save yourself a headache and go down the street and get a nicer place (and management!) for $100-$150 less than Ventana.
