So here's the deal: I have been a resident for a year now.

The previous management was rude and mean.

They couldn't see farther than their own --- when it came to straightening out my lease paperwork.

They tried to deny me my move $99 move in deal by claiming they never had one.

Word to wise: KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERWORK, even their flyers! I did, thankfully.

And now the new manager is a TOTAL -----! She only cares to help you if it means an apartment rental will result.

I feel sorry for the girls who work for her, not that they have anything in their heads but cobwebs and the occasional tumbleweed.

I suggest living here only if you never need to go into the office, never need anything fixed and are willing to follow up on ALL of your move in/move out requirements.

This place should just become a Co-Op where the tenants live in and own the commmunity.
