We lived here for 1 year and it was an absolute nightmare. We were a little nervous because they were recarpeting the unit we selected and would not let us preview it. But we liked the complex and staff so much that we went ahead and signed. Sure enough, when we moved in, there was a huge ugly water stain by the bath tub. Oh, well, we loved the layout of the apartment, and were still happy. Then, just three days after we moved in, the a/c went out. Our apartment was 95 degrees, and they did not fix it for 3 days... After that, the dryer quit working, but that was replaced with a brand new one quite promptly. Our washer is a little scary and should be replaced, but I won't complain unless it quits alltogether.

Within the last week, our hot water heater went out, and was also not replaced for 3 days... Cold showers in January are not too fun, but then we caught the maintenance guys smoking in our apt instead of fixing the shower.

I've lived here for almost a year now and I've had a pleasant and satisfactory stay. The only thing I would say is that the walls are paper thin and my next door neighbor is way 'too loud' if you know what I mean. Other than that, the staff and management have been friendly and parking's great. I love the floorplans.
