Fraud From: John4 Date posted: 4/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Yes the old management was bad, but the new one is worse. Everything is fine in the complex as long as you do not have to deal with any of the staff. The problem is that one you move out they will add lots of extra move out fees. It cost my brother and I almost 2 months rent to move out. $100 in damages, which I can understand, but almost $1500 in extra hidden fees. They do not treat tenets with respect and honesty. Do not move in!
