Then you need to find out who are the owners IInvestors) in this property and write to them. This is the absolute worse place Ihave ever lived and leaves alot to be desired with the way Arizona treats new comers. Trisha can't help herself, she is miserable and wants everyone around her the same way. If you are her friend and move in, you can pretty much get what you want and away with what you want also.
