This place is like a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Consider why they removed LUXURY from their name. Theft occurs regularly at this place. People run up and down the stairs day and night which rumbles all the floors/walls of the buildings. People fight over parking spaces because of insufficient parking. People speed around the property like its the Indy 500, keep your kids close! From the outside the construction of the buildings look good, on the contrary they were made using the cheapest standards and are inefficient for energy conservation with flimsy single paned window glass. Think min $350 dollar power bills. Appliances don't get replaced when they perform sub-standard. When a neighbor closes a cabinet or runs water every one hears it.
The water in this place is also horrible, think bottled water for consumption.
The so called ??Fitness Facility?? had broken machines for over 6 months before management had them repaired. And as for maintenance, Emergency maintenance is a scam, no one is going to help you.
So consider what you've just read and also consider that the good ratings from here usually come from the management. The management reports propaganda here because it's true that people don't use these types of sites unless they've had a bad experience and therefore they try to counter some of the negativity by telling lies.

Hello I have been sitting here reading the reviews and would like to say although I dont know the manager anymore there are a lot of true facts about all of the ratings. Management has the leasing girls check to ratings for there apartment complex and then all the neg. remarks the need to write something good. As for Gaines managment the General Manager is a total prick, and doesnt care about the resedents at all. I learned this first hand as the old Asst. Manager when he came on. If I was you do not rent from them, and If your lease is up soon make sure you let them know in advance your leaving and why, or they will put you on month to month with out you knowing. just some advice.
