Ventana is a wonderful, cozy little place to call home. I love it! Maintanence is on the ball, the property is pampered every week, there is loads of parking, the office folks are friendly, management handles any issues (which are rare) promptly and kindly, neighbors are respectful, The pool is sparkling, the neighbors are great and it's smack dab in the middle of the most beautiful city in the Phoenix Metro area. Oh yeah, they're apartments have more space than the others are are hundreds less. Anybody who has said anything negative, is probably bitter because they did not respect other people and had to go somewhere worse. If you like quiet, clean and beautiful, then live here!!!

no offense but this tottally seems like it was written by the management at the apts. "a wonderfull cozzy little place to call home" wtf is that?
