I've been sitting here for the last 20 minutes reading various reviews for Ventana that were previously written and one sentiment is apparent - Trisha is the poorest excuse for an apartment "manager" that I've ever encountered. She has serious mental issues and she's about to run up against the wrong person. I'm not from this part of the country so I do not share the laid-back attitude that is present here or that she is accustomed to dealing with. I'm running out of patience with her and certainly counting down the days until my lease term is complete!!!!! Would I recommend this place' Well, if Trisha learned how to do her job and if tenants would stop leaving their trash in front of the walkways for DAYS at a time, this would not be a bad place to live.

This lady sounds like she's the crazy one ! I have lived here for 8 years and couldn't be happier. The management is top notch and the manager Trisha is probably, or better yet IS the most caring human being in her line of work. ExperiencedRenter74770 needs to put on his/her big person pants and grow up. A little wound too tight is that your issue ?
