No complaints from a long time dweller From: Desert_Hottie Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I've lived here for for a pretty long time now. I have to say that I'm a satisfied tenant. The property is kept clean. I've gone through about three different managers and the current manager, IMHO, is the best. She has addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. My energy bill in the summer time is NOT outrageous. The maintenance staff, for the most part, does their job well. I've had a couple of issues with my dryer, but it was eventually resolved. Neighboring tenants are friendly and considerate. I've never had to deal with loud music or obnoxious neighbors. By the way the closet space is definitely a generous size. This is what initially sold me to this place. All in all, I recommend this apartment. The price is right too, compared to others in the area.
