Great place....horrible and vicious management...bitchy manager = DON'T

I just moved into this place and I hate to admit that although the facility is great and location is awesome, the management is horrendous! Trisha - property manager - will be your worst nightmare! She treats residents like crap, and the other ladies in the office like her servants.
Everytime I have walked in there, I have felt sorry for them.
But I didn't know that she could be bitchy to the extent of not allowing your family to go into the premises.It's literally a jail like environment.
And to think that safety measures leave a lot to be desired.
If you have a problem with them, call Gaines Investment Trust and even there, be careful because they will still support Trisha.
This corporation hasn't realized that the reason why this place has so many vacancies and others don't is due to their "horrible" property manager.
I'm disappointed and ready to move out!

Whoever wrote this about Trisha is an IDIOT! Obviously you don't like following the rules and have to offend others (namely Trisha) to make yourself feel better. Please move out - DO VENTANA and the rest of us a favor! Rif-raf like you will never amount to anything because if you were someone worthy to be mentioned you would probably be smart enough to have saved money to own your place - that way you would know what RESPONSIBILITIES truly are. Quit living on welfare and be a responsible citizen. You'll feel better about yourself and society as a whole! MOVE ON!!!!

What a very mean response to that person's comment. I can't imagine any resident being angry enough to post something so mean and vengeful...my guess is that is was management and if that's the case then maybe the poster was right about "vicious", "bitchy" management.

I agree- Management is very poor, manipulative and lacks greatly in respect towards tenants. There is disregard for service on many levels.
You'll be sorry if you move in, unless you enjoy being an inmate instead of a tenant.
