This complex has dropped the ball with the most fundamental component of operating a successful rental property which is customer service.
I have lived here for over 3 years and each year it has gotten progressively worse in terms of customer service. The management is extremely difficult to deal with. From being confrontational and condescending to being incompetent and rude, this is what you can expect if you decide to live here.
I have tried to live under the radar, not calling to complain about every little thing and still I am mistreated. I pay my rent on time, I clean up after my dog, and I am a courteous neighbor.
The maintenance manager is HORRIBLE. He is virtually mute, very unfriendly, and totally sub par. The rest of the maintenance staff is unknown because there is always someone new, which is a sign of how stellar the working environment is here. They all look like they just got out of jail and are very very scary and unfriendly as well.
Our air conditioner dies two to three times a year and they NEVER come quickly to fix it. That is the main reason we are leaving. The only reason we have stayed here as long as we have is purely for personal financial reasons. Luckily, we are out of that trouble and able to buy our first home and we are counting the days until we can move out and never look back.
All of our neighbors have the same complaints as we do and almost all of our neighbors are moving or planning to move at the end of their leases. I would not recommend renting here to anyone, unless they drop the rental prices significantly to match their very low quality.
Bottom line; don t move here it will be better for your blood pressure.
