I have lived at Ventana for a long time; I really enjoy living here!!! The office staff is really nice and friendly; they are always very helpful and understanding when it comes to any problems or issues that arrise; whether with the property or problems with the apartment. There has definitely been some issues with the water being off, but with any place you move into there will be problems, this just happens to be an older property. I have lived in a couple of houses and living in a house just does not cut it because you do not get the great service like you do here at ventana. If the a/c goes out, you have to wait a day or two before someone will even come out and service it; and if the water is shut off or something is wrong, you also have to wait for someone to fix that. That is why apartment living is so great, and you do not have to pay for the expenses - they do. I think it is great to be able to live in a community that will do anything and everything possible to fix any problems that occur.
I think that people should start taking a little responsibilty and grow up,(this is a website that everyone uses to vent frustrations and complaints because they obvioulsy have nothing better to do with their time) because living in an apartment is not always going to be pleasant. There will always be problems and you can't predict when or why something is going happen. Living in a house is nice, but you do not have the service like you do in an apartment.
All my expressions go out to the office staff because I think you are great and I want to tell you to keep up the good work!!!! I am truly satisfied with your dedication of customer service and consistent caring about this property!!!
It is so nice to know that I live at a property that cares about their residents and will do anything to make them happy!!!!

Okay, just because we didn't enjoy our experience as much as you did doesn't mean we have nothing better to do with our time. You posted a response just as lengthy as my review...so you must have nothing better to do with your time, right? We're entitled to our opinions just as much as you are. I really don't appreciate you saying we need to "grow up." And "taking responsibility" doesn't even really make sense. I don't know how I can "take responsibility" for Trisha not doing anything about my loud upstairs neighbor and then acting like my roommate and I were the ones at fault. Then, after paying $200 to move to a different apartment, our neighbors admitted to us that they would stomp on the floor when their TV didn't work. Trisha did nothing to help us there. And how can I "take responsibility" for my roommate leaving Trisha messages over and over again to call her back, only to have Trisha call ME to tell ME that if we didn't call her, she wouldn't help us? Yeah, that's my responsibility. People have different experiences at different places. You can post your review, I just don't understand why you have to attack those who have different opinions.

Telling us to 'grow up' and 'take respsonsibility' is meaningless criticism. I did take responsibility, beyond what it should be, to fix the problem that Trisha could not and would not solve. I expect certain problems in an apartment, but not noise every damn day.
