Since my lease is half over, I thought I'd come here to express my thoughts. I'd like to thank everyone at Ventana for helping to make my time here as pleasant as possible.
The staff in the office was so cordial to me when I needed to use the computer and fax machine before I was hooked up to the Internet. There were two occasions when I had to ask for a work order, and they were for the air conditioning unit and for my screen. Both were addressed in a timely fashion and resolved.
The grounds are well-maintained. Often I see Ventana employees having to make the rounds to pick up dogs' waste, and I feel so bad. The receptacle is constantly filled with bags so there really shouldn't be a problem in that area. However, there is.
I am hoping that I can afford to renew my lease when the time comes, but times are rough, and I can't make that determination now.
In closing, so far, my experiences here have been fine.
