I have lived in tons of apartments in the Phoenix area.

I am a mature renter and this has been one of the best! The grounds are nice with a variety of lush landsacaping and a nice walking path.

The entire staff has been helpful and don't make me feel like the enemy.

I enjoy my patio and the fact I can have my own personality in what I call "home".

The neighbors I have met (with or without pets) have been cordial, friendly, supportive, just what you want a neighbor to be, even gave me a welcome flower! I believe pet friendly communities bring people together.

I feel like we watch out for each other and the crime rate is probably less than most places in Phoenix.

I intend to stay here until I can own a place as long as the atmosphere does not change.
The noise level-it's not a mgt.

issue, it's a "lack of manners" issue.

Only bad due to the one neighbor that does not respect the fact that having her stereo against the wall, lets the others only get to partake in the base.
