Via Ventura

I have been living at Via Ventura for about a year. I have found matenance and the people in the leasing office to be consistatly kind and courteous to me in spite of having late rent and frequent reqests.
I know there are some people who complain becaue of late night noise not being attended to. I myself work graveyard shifts and find it such a plesent surprise to finally find an apartment that doesn't threaten to kick me out because I choose to vacume or watch the tele during hours that I am awake as opposed to interupting my sleep scedule to vacume at two pm.
A question to those of you having noisy outdoor porch parties at two pm do you ever stop your party becuase I, your neighbor upstairs am trying to sleep? No because we live in a free county where thank God we are allowed to have company in our apartment at times convenient for us regardless if it is convenient for our neighbors.
I myself have had problems with plumbing consistantly but what what can you expect the rent is 65% the rate of neighboring complexs. And those of you whom complain of the crime problem have no idea what a crime problem is. After living in Chicago, New York and the Fasion district of L.A. I know someone selling an exstacy pill from thier apartment to a friend does not constitute a crime problem, nor is almost anything that doesn't show up on the nightly news for that matter.
