Why did I stay'! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   This was beyond a doubt the worst place imaginable. Bad water pressure, horrid maintenance staff, rude managment and scary tenants. There was a problem with vandalism and management once told me they knew who was causing the problem but couldn't find a way to evict the person. Great, thanks from the rest of your tenants. It is undeniably a beautiful area but the wiring is faulty, grounds are filthy and the apartments are in shody shape. If you have a problem while you live there - good luck. Expect hot nights, air conditioners are old and crappy - and cooling is expensive. Yes, it was my fault for staying, only once I left did I truly realize how bad it was - victim of my own good disposition!
