I have lived here about 7 months now and this is no doubt, the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are old and dirty, there are bugs and ants everywhere!! The grounds are not really kept up very nicely. The neighbors sit outside together and drink beer in front of their front doors. It kind of feels like a trailer park.
The water from the shower turns blond hair green, so I have been washing my hair with bottled water since I moved in... when it was brought to management (who is very rude and degrading by the way)they said that I am the only one with the problem and that they would not do anything to help. Thanks. Parking is horrible, we usually have to park at least 3 buildings away from ours, which when we were looking for an apartment, that was one of our questions since I get home from work around 11:30pm. Management lied to our faces and said that we will never have a problem parking close to our apartment. Right... whatever it takes to get the sale right Tara' Ok so to wrap it all up, Via Ventura is bad. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
