I went to view this property about 4 months ago. One of the agents there, Colleen, was not professional. I could tell that she was not interested in me leasing there, I work for a medical clinic here in Scottsdale and sometimes, with some clinic's, you can get reduced rent if you work for the one's on the 'list'. She did not bother to look at the 'list' while I was there interviewing, while all of the other apartment people did, to tell me if where I worked was on the 'list'. She said she would get back to me with this information and never did, this really turned me off. About 2 months later, when I contacted Via Ventura and complained about this, she left me a voice mail on my home phone the next day saying she tried to contact me twice, but my line was busy, my line is NEVER busy, I do have all of the added features that the phone company has to offer and, Via Ventura was NOT on my caller ID on my phone. That to me, is false and very poor customer service. Other than that, I did like the property and the apartments and would have considered moving there if this would not have happened.
