I've lived here for a few years and the staff at Via Ventura has been nothing but great. When I was sick and bed ridden, the young lady Colette brought my mail to me almost every day and took out my trash for me. They always go above and beyond. Via Ventura is the way to go.

Colette is definitely wonderful. In fact, the entire staff is very nice and polite, although not always effective.
