ROACH problem..Can't wait to leave.

This place sucks. I've lived here for three years and can't wait to move out when my lease is up, which can't happen soon enough. Every year the roach problem has gotten progressively worse. I've gotten my apt. sprayed three times this spring, and I'm still having a problem. The managers don't think it's a big deal and said that it happens in AZ; unacceptable.
Everything is old, and stuff breaks all the time. Usually it takes the maintenance guys a couple of times to get the problem fixed correctly.
The only redeeming thing about the complex is the location. Don't get sucked in by their cheap prices. These places are old and crappy.
