Via Ventura is the Worst Place to Live

Management is a joke. Loud complex. Crappy old apartments. Everything broke, and the repsonse time, if any, was terrible to say the least. My washer broke 3 times. My apartment stunk like smoke, with all of my clothes reaking. I told the complex and nothing was done. Just wait until you move out-they lie through their teeth! Make sure and take pictures of everything.
