I am less than impressed with this complex. If the pool isnt broken the parking lot(the whole parking lot)is closed for resurfacing(2 times in a six month period). And lets talk about the ROACHES!!!! Oh they will tell you that it is normal for the summer, that they come up through the drains!!! Well actually that is not normal. Maybe the people that opperate this place are used to living with insects, but most people are not. After doing a little research I have discovered that this is a result of poor maintence on the part of the complex. A professional exterminator told me that there is a problem with the plumbing which is why ROACHES are so common at this place. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Management will give you an assortment of excuses for any variety of problems. Its not worth the headache.
