I can't believe how this apartment complex has gone downhill over the years. Landscape is almost gone, (except for around rental office). Water bill is not a fixed rate per month, so bill changes do to water leaks weekly. They say renter's do not pay for outside water, but guess what! Sprinkler leaks have taken weeks to fix as water runs down the street. Water mains break often so you may not know it until you turn on the faucet. Carports are cleaned out once or twice a year. No control of kids running around. Don't call the property management company as they will not return your call when you leave a message. Poor management at this complex.

Agreed! First water bill - $25. Next water bill - $55 after a water main break had to be fixed. Management admitted that residents DO pay for pool & landscape water. The entire property is billed, then 15% is reduced to account for the pool & sprinklers. Kind of an arbitrary number, and when they do not fix their leaks, the residents pay the price. NOT TO MENTION that RENT is supposed to cover pool and landscape expenses. The billing system at this property is double-dipping. Its not like you pay your APS bill for your unit, then the property sends you an additional bill for the security lighting in the parking lot, too!
