Ridiculously poor management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place is a nightmare, water main breaks frequently. Noisy neighbors, insects and kids on skateboards. Management never follows through with anything. And god forbid they keep the pool heated, it seems like it warms up when rent is due!! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dump.
